Yes. DRMB Plumbing uses Gas Safe registered engineers for gas work. Registration details are shown on certificates and can be verified before work goes ahead.
Combustion analyser readings, a full service report and a logbook stamp. Faults, repairs and parts are not included in the service and are quoted separately before any work is done.
Our Gas Safe registered engineer checks every gas appliance and the associated pipework in the property for safety and correct operation, then issues your CP12 certificate, which is valid for 12 months.
Landlords must give tenants reasonable notice, and a copy of the completed certificate must reach them within 28 days of the inspection. We can help coordinate access with tenants directly if needed.
