As my toilet cistern is concealed, the engineer pre warned me, during our phone conversation,that some of the tiles may break in order for him to access the cistern. However, he managed to carefully lift off the tiles without causing damage to them. He completed the job in one hour. This included replacing the tiles and placing the sealant.”
